Meda Research Ltd. is a private research body, founded in August 2005 with the main activity in engineering, technical consulting services, evaluation studies of the impact on the environment and for environmental balances in the areas of energy, waste management, chemical industry and infrastructure projects. Meda Research also performs evaluation studies of the impact on the environment and environmental balances in the agriculture, forestry, fish industry and food industry. Meda Research is certified for feasibility and design studies in civil hydro-engineering. The research activities are dedicated for:

• pollutants impact on the environment (water, air, soil)
• classical waste disposal
• sociological studies
• general urbanism plans elaboration

Meda Research is the main initiator of the national project “PROBIO 32- 166/2008- Analysis of pressure factors on the natural reservation and protected areas in Clisura Dunarii region” region funded by Education and Research Ministry.
